Josh Reddick glad to leave Red Sox

OAKLAND -- As Josh Reddick watched from afar all that went on with the Boston Red Sox this season, he was sure of one thing.

"I'm happy to be here and not there," the A's outfielder said Friday night, before the first game of a three-game series against the Red Sox, who dealt him to Oakland last December as part of the Andrew Bailey trade.
