Shane Victorino out of Game 4

ST. LOUIS -- The Boston Red Sox scratched Shane Victorino from Sunday night's 4-2 victory in Game 4 of the World Series with lower back tightness.

Daniel Nava started in right field and hit second in Boston's lineup. Jonny Gomes, who got the start in left field, blasted a three-run homer in the sixth inning to give the Red Sox a 4-1 lead.
