Griffin started strong in Baylor's 48-24 win over Texas, connecting with Kendall Wright for a 59-yard TD on Baylor's first series. Griffin passed for 320 yards and two scores and ran for 32 yards and two more as the Bears earned consecutive wins over the Longhorns for the first time since 1991-92.

Completed 14 of 15 passes for 170 yards and 3 TD, and added 124 rushing yards and two more scores on just three carries, in a 42-7 win over Sandwich.
