The Patriots face the Ravens in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday for the chance to reach the Super Bowl for the second straight season. Just how did they get to this point? Here's a week-by-week recap of their season to date:

Stevan Ridley (125 yards rushing, one TD) led the way on the ground as the Patriots opened the season with a convincing win over the Titans. Tom Brady had 236 yards passing and two TDs. On defense, it was an impressive debut for rookies Chandler Jones and Dont'a Hightower. Jones' second-quarter sack caused a fumble that Hightower returned for a TD.
