1996: Glenn pick caused controversy

Ultratalented receiver Terry Glenn (1996-2001) of Ohio State wasn't the preferred choice of Bill Parcells, and when the Patriots selected him seventh overall, it was essentially the beginning of the end for Parcells in New England. Parcells later said, "They want you to cook the dinner, at least they should let you shop for the groceries." -- Mike Reiss
