Consistency

Although their styles are quite different, both Trout and Alvarez are models of stability. In the case of Alvarez, his performance might vary somewhat based on the energy he has expended or the punishment he has taken, but his fight plan always remains the same from the first to the last round. Trout is much the same: He might dial it down for a round here or there, or perhaps ratchet up his intensity or activity a notch in the late rounds, but his approach never changes. Give the edge to Trout, who likely can manage his energy stores more effectively based on his style.
