Introduction

Just when it seemed his career had peaked, Floyd Mayweather Jr. found the key to a new fortune, signing a lucrative six-fight contract with Showtime in February. But at age 36, does the world's top pound-for-pound fighter have the wherewithal to see it through? His experience and technique are second to none, but he has lost a bit of zip and perhaps some hunger. And some believe Saturday's bout against the tenacious and persistent Robert Guerrero will be Mayweather's most difficult yet. Guerrero rides into Las Vegas, predictably, promising an upset.
