Pacquiao can maintain his punch rate -- a high one -- over 12 rounds and has the ability to execute multiple options, at any point, without straying from his larger game plan. He has developed into a consistent, machine-like boxer who, at the same time, can't be pinned down to a given pattern or style that can be solved by an opponent. Marquez has a lot in common with Pacquiao, but he isn't as steady. Rhythm is the key. Marquez can be distracted in the first few rounds, losing focus or failing to find the right distance.

Advantage: Pacquiao
