Charles Tillman won't return this year

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Bears cornerback Charles Tillman, who has been sidelined with a triceps injury since last month, will not return for the playoffs if Chicago finds a way to qualify for the postseason, coach Marc Trestman said Monday.

Tillman was placed on injured reserve with the designation to return after he tore his right triceps in the Bears' 21-19 loss to the Detroit Lions on Nov. 10.
