Chicago White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen chastised the media during spring training for questioning Jake Peavy. It was just spring training, Guillen argued.
But Peavy has come out of the box with an 8.44 ERA after two regular-season games. He started Monday's game in Toronto, but was knocked out after allowing seven runs in 5 2/3 innings.
Still, at least one of his teammates isn't worried.
