Bears may add another backup QB

BOURBONNAIS, Ill. -- Bears coach Lovie Smith said after Monday's practice that there's a chance the club could bring in another backup quarterback.

With second-string quarterback Caleb Hanie out with the sprained shoulder he sustained Saturday in San Diego, Smith said the club would like to bring in an extra player to take on some of the extra repetitions, which have gone to rookie Dan LeFevour.
