Police say case a landlord-tenant spat

DePaul assistant coach Billy Garrett's rented Chicago home may not have been burglarized after all.

Chicago police are treating Garrett's case as a landlord-tenant dispute and not a burglary, according to Chicago Police News Affairs officer Daniel O'Brien.

"The tenant returned home to find the locks on the property had been changed," O'Brien said on Thursday night. "Glancing in the apartment, items may have been missing. The case is still appointed to the Area 1 detectives division."
