Gabe Carimi placed on injured reserve

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- The Chicago Bears placed rookie right tackle Gabe Carimi on injured reserve, officially ending his season.

Carimi, the Bears' first-round draft choice out of Wisconsin, started the first two games of the season at right tackle, but has been out since he suffered a partially dislocated right kneecap in Week 2.
