Rip Hamilton out vs. Pistons

DEERFIELD, Ill. -- Chicago Bulls guards Rip Hamilton and C.J. Watson sat out for Monday night's 92-68 win against the Detroit Pistons.

Hamilton had missed the last two games and four of the last five with a groin injury. The one game he did play in was on Jan. 4, against the Pistons, his former team.

"It's basically the same," Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau said before the game. "Rip's feeling better, but not quite ready. And same with C.J.
