Devin Thomas, Bears agree to deal

CHICAGO -- The Chicago Bears agreed to terms on a one-year deal with wide receiver Devin Thomas, the club announced on Wednesday.

Thomas, originally a second-round draft choice of the Washington Redskins in 2008 out of Michigan State, spent last season as a member of the Super Bowl champion New York Giants. Besides Washington and New York, Thomas was briefly in Carolina, where he played in just one game for the Panthers in 2010.
