Matt Garza exits with triceps cramp

ST. LOUIS -- Chicago Cubs right-hander Matt Garza was removed from Saturday's game against the St. Louis Cardinals because of a cramp in his right triceps.

Garza had just completed three scoreless innings, but newly-acquired right-hander Justin Germano replaced him in the fourth inning.

During the top of the fourth inning, Garza could be seen in the dugout talking to pitching coach Chris Bosio and appeared to be flexing his wrist and stretching is right forearm. As a precaution, ...
