Lance Briggs expects to play

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Slowed by a sore ankle, Chicago Bears linebacker Lance Briggs doesn't "plan on missing" Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks, and returned Thursday to the practice field along with cornerback Charles Tillman while Matt Forte said he expects to play despite his ankle injury.

The Bears ruled out Devin Hester, who suffered a concussion on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings, and guard Chris Spencer, who injured his knee.
