Brian Urlacher plans to appeal fine

LAKE FOREST, Ill. -- Linebacker Brian Urlacher and quarterback Jay Cutler are among the Chicago Bears who were fined by the NFL for their actions during a victory over the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday.

Cutler was fined $10,000 for flipping the ball to the Vikings' A.J. Jefferson after Cutler stiff-armed the cornerback during a scramble. Cutler was flagged for taunting, costing the Bears 15 yards and a potential touchdown.
