Richard Hamilton (foot) improving

BEVERLY HILLS, Mich. -- In his first comments since tearing the plantar fascia in his left foot in a game against the Philadelphia 76ers on Saturday, Chicago Bulls guard Richard Hamilton said Friday he was originally told he would be out about four weeks.

"(The doctors) said four weeks, but they said I could probably come back before that," Hamilton said. "Everybody's body is different. It's just one of them things where you want to try and get better every day."
