Corey Crawford injured vs. Blues

Chicago Blackhawks goaltender Corey Crawford left Thursday's 3-0 victory over the St. Louis Blues after the first period and is considered day to day with an upper-body injury, Blackhawks coach Joel Quenneville said.

Crawford appeared to stumble and nearly fall forward as he came out of the net at the end of the first period. He was replaced by Ray Emery to start the second period.

"I don't think there was a defining moment or blow," Quenneville said.
