Dwyane Wade rests sore knee

MIAMI -- Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade missed Sunday night's game against the Charlotte Bobcats to rest his sore right knee, the team announced before tipoff.

Wade has been treated the past few days for soreness in the knee, but has played throughout the Heat's historic winning streak, which moved to 26 consecutive games with Sunday's 109-77 victory against the Bobcats. They are within seven of tying the 1971-72 Los Angeles Lakers for the longest streak in NBA history.
