CINCINNATI -- Chicago Cubs pitcher Matt Garza will be held back from his scheduled rehab start for Double-A Tennessee on Wednesday because of a "dead arm," according to general manager Jed Hoyer.
"It's all muscular, nothing structural," Hoyer said Tuesday night. "We'll give him a couple days, throw a bullpen [session] and hopefully get him right back on schedule."
