Welington Castillo out for season

CHICAGO -- Cubs catcher Welington Castillo has a partial tear of the meniscus in his right knee and won't play over the final 10 days of the season, team president Theo Epstein announced Friday morning.

"It's the type of thing you can come back 100 percent from," Epstein said.

Castillo will have his knee scoped, and the recovery time is expected to be 4-6 weeks.
