4. Kerry Wood

Although injured from 2004-'06, Wood was still the face of the franchise in the decade. He won 38 games from 2001-'03 and pitched the franchise to its first successful postseason series in 95 years, when the Cubs beat the Braves in the NLDS in 2003.
