After the Bulls traded Jamal Crawford to the Knicks in 2004, Jerry Reinsdorf said Crawford never will start for a winning team. He's been right so far. But Crawford did have a few decent seasons with the Bulls, including leading the team with a 17.3 points-per-game average in 2003-04.
