Ozzie Guillen and the Miami Marlins will visit U.S Cellular Field next spring, according to a source, marking the first time the former White Sox manager will play his former club.

Although the 2013 schedule has not yet been released, a source with knowledge of the matchups confirmed that Miami will travel to Chicago at the end of May.

Guillen was released from his White Sox contract in Sept. 2011 in order to take a four-year, $10 million contract with the Marlins. The former All-Star shortstop played for the Sox from 1985-1998. He managed the club for eight seasons, including winning the 2005 World Championship, the franchise's first title since 1917.

Also, the Cubs and White Sox will play four games consecutively next June against each other, according to the source, with two games at U.S Cellular Field and two at Wrigley Field. It is a departure from recent years when the two Chicago teams played three games at home and three on the road against each other.
