Chicago Bulls guard Derrick Rose will travel with the team for Wednesday's game against the Charlotte Bobcats after tests on his injured foot didn't show anything significant, according to a source familiar with the situation.

Rose missed his 24th game on Monday. He's been sidelined by a turf toe, back spasms, a groin injury and now a foot injury he suffered on Sunday in Detroit. While the Bulls have played well without the reigning MVP -- 16-8 -- they lost to the lowly Washington Wizards on Monday at the United Center.

Coach Tom Thibodeau admitted being concerned about his injured guard.

"I'm always concerned," he said. "He's missed a lot of games, so I'm concerned about that."

Luol Deng also missed Monday's game with a rib injury he suffered Sunday.

"That's the way the season has been. And not just for us, for everybody," Thibodeau said. "You just have to deal with it. It's part of the game. Even in a normal season you're dealing with injuries and so you have to respond to those challenges. And I think our team has shown that we feel we have more than enough to win with."

Thibodeau said he didn't know what caused Rose's latest injury.

Rose went through Monday's shootaround, but also was seen limping through the hallways at United Center.
