The Chicago Blackhawks aren't favored to repeat as Stanley Cup champions in 2014.

The Pittsburgh Penguins are getting the nod.

The Penguins are 13-2 favorites, according to Bovada.com. The Blackhawks are second at 15-2 and the Boston Bruins are third at 10-1.

Coincidentally, the Penguins were favored to win the Stanley Cup in 2013. The Penguins began with 7-2 odds to win in 2013, and the Blackhawks were second at 15-4 and the Bruins were third at 17-2.

The 2013 odds were just a bit off. The Penguins finished with the second-best regular-season record and were swept by the Bruins in the Eastern Conference finals. The Blackhawks won the Presidents' Trophy with the best regular-season record and defeated the Bruins in six games in the Stanley Cup finals.

Other teams expected to contend for the Stanley Cup in 2014 are the St. Louis Blues (12-1), Los Angeles Kings (14-1), Vancouver Canucks (14-1), Detroit Red Wings (16-1), New York Rangers (16-1) and San Jose Sharks (16-1).

The Florida Panthers were given the worst odds at 100-1.
