No. 48: Willie Galimore

A running back known for his speed and lateral quickness, Galimore was a fifth-round draft choice of the Bears in 1956. He rushed for 2,985 yards in seven seasons in Chicago before he was killed in an automobile accident at age 29 in 1964. His No. 28 was retired by the Bears.
