Here's the other key to the offense. Batting fifth most days in the lineup, Schierholtz will get as many RBI opportunities as anyone. He's never had the chance he's getting with the Cubs. Gap power is his game, not necessarily for home runs, though. If he's standing on second base often this season that will bode well for the Cubs' offense.
