The Bulls had just a 1.7 percent chance to win the lottery, so general manager John Paxson didn't even bother to watch. Bulls fans have had their eyes glued on the team ever since as the Bulls won the lottery and picked hometown star Derrick Rose, who went on to win rookie of the year honors while becoming the face of the franchise.
