Olt's 2013 was undoubtedly a season to forget. While the 25-year-old third baseman will likely struggle with the strikeout for his entire career, the power is legit and he plays plus defense at the hot corner. A good defensive third baseman who can draw some walks and hit 25-plus homers is surely a valuable piece to have. -- Sahadev Sharma
