Ford finished the regular season with 600 yards and seven touchdowns on 155 carries. The senior ends his career with 1,962 yards, 16th best in school history.
Kumerow appeared in seven games, and all three of his catches on the season came in the finale at Minnesota on Nov. 26.
Earlier this week, UCLA announced that four players, including backup quarterback Richard Brehaut, would be ineligible for the bowl game.

Illinois leading rusher Jason Ford and freshman receiver Jake Kumerow are academically ineligible and won't play in the Dec. 31 Kraft Fight Hunger Bowl against UCLA, the school announced Friday.
