Wolves post fourth straight victory

The Chicago Wolves scored four straight goals to beat the Rockford IceHogs 4-2 on Friday night at the Allstate Arena.

Tim Miller posted two goals, Michael Davies had a goal and an assist, and Mark Matheson had two assists for Chicago (25-16-1-3), which won its fourth straight.

"We got off to a pretty lethargic start tonight," Wolves coach Craig MacTavish said. "Rockford has been playing well, and I like how we battled back and were able to come out on top."

Carter Hutton posted 14 saves for Rockford (20-22-1-4) while Eddie Lack made 30 for Chicago.
