While many believed No. 1 pick Brittney Griner would make the biggest impact of WNBA rookies, Elena Delle Donne has been holding her own during the first half of the season. And her performance is being noticed.

Delle Donne, a rookie for the Chicago Sky, leads voting for the WNBA All-Star Game with 16,761 votes. She is averaging 19.5 points and 5.4 rebounds and has helped Chicago to a 7-3 record. If Delle Donne remains the leader in votes through July 14, she would be the first rookie to earn the top spot.

Griner, who has the fourth most votes in the Western Conference (10,620), is averaging 15.3 points and 6.1 rebounds. The Connecticut Sun will host the All-Star Game on July 27 (ABC, 3:30 p.m. ET).

Los Angeles Sparks forward Candace Parker tops the Western Conference voting with 15,623. Maya Moore (15,128) and Seimone Augustus of the Minnesota Lynx (9,095) and Diana Taurasi of the Phoenix Mercury (12,625) round out the top five in the West.

Tamika Catchings of the Indiana Fever (13,399), Epiphanny Prince of the Sky (6,898), Cappie Pondexter of the New York Liberty (8,670) and Angel McCoughtry of the Atlanta Dream (8,660) are the other top vote-getters in the East.

The WNBA will announce the All-Star starters during the Mercury-Sparks game on July 18 (10 p.m. ET, ESPN2).
