West Virginia coach Dana Holgorsen drops by the first day of Saints training camp practice. Said it doesn't hurt as a coach to watch a NFL team train up close -- and his son, who is a high school quarterback, wanted the chance to see Drew Brees operate.

Maturity, opportunity and necessity all played a role in Demarcus Walker's emergence as a junior in 2015. Another reason? Yoga. The Florida State senior took it last summer and it increased his flexibility. He finished with a career-high 10.5 sacks, and Walker said he's taking yoga again this summer.

Oklahoma State's Marcell Ateman, a returning starter at WR, could be out until October after recently undergoing surgery to repair a broken bone in his foot. According to The Oklahoman, Ateman injured the foot during non-contact summer drills. Ateman was OSU's third-leading receiver last year with 45 receptions, 766 yards and five touchdowns.

Five-star recruits aren't above a push-up punishment. Dalvin Cook (pointing) and Travis Rudolph sent freshman cornerback Levonta Taylor to the Florida State turf after he was part of the losing team in tug-of-war.

If tug-of-war is any indication, the Florida State offensive line will be much better in 2016. Flawless victory from the group in front of Jimbo Fisher (with some help from others).

Jim Harbaugh said he understands that he annoys people occasionally. "Sometimes I have difficulty with 24 hours being around me, too." Said he wishes he could get "Jim Harbaugh lite" some times.

Dan Murphy ESPN Staff Writer

Jim Harbaugh said he looks back and thinks he had a "mediocre" playing career, but he knows "the look out of the facemask and the look into the facemask" and that's an advantage for him.
