Still On The Board
Here are the top prospects who are still unsigned.

Davonte Neal, ATH
Scottsdale, Ariz./ChaparralESPNU 150 rank: 8
Position rank: 1
Grade: 85 | Stars: 5
Ht.: 5-10 | Wt.: 175 | Eval
Considering:
Recruiting update: Neal recently bumped out Miami for Arizona, and Oklahoma is also a new team in the mix. Ohio State is doing well, and Neal is a big fan of Buckeyes coach Urban Meyer. Notre Dame is also very high on his list, and he'll make his decision the week after signing day.

Stefon Diggs, ATH
Olney, Md./Lady of Good CounselESPNU 150 rank: 13
Position rank: 3
Grade: 84 | Stars: 4
Ht.: 6-0 | Wt.: 185 | Eval
Considering:

Recruiting update: Diggs has hinted that he might wait until after national signing day to announce his decision. Cal seems unlikely now that Diggs' primary recruiter, Tosh Lupoi, has left for Washington. Florida was long thought to hold the quiet lead until former offensive coordinator Charlie Weis left. Maryland has some local momentum and is worth watching.
Jameis Winston, QB
Hueytown, Ala./HueytownESPNU 150 rank: 14
Position rank: 1
Grade: 84 | Stars: 4
Ht.: 6-4 | Wt.: 195 | Eval
Considering:
Recruiting update: Winston has said time and time again that he is a Seminole. He talked on signing day about recruiting other guys to come to Florida State. But he did recently say that Stanford was still a little intriguing. So, until he faxes in his letter of intent, there's always a chance he could flip.
Jordan Diamond, OT
Chicago, Ill./SimeonESPNU 150 rank: 94
Position rank: 14
Grade: 80 | Stars: 4
Ht.: 6-6 | Wt.: 291 | Eval
Considering:

Recruiting update: Few players have been tougher to read than Diamond, who seems to enjoy the process and always speaks glowingly of his official visits. Diamond took official visits to his four finalists and Ohio State, though things have cooled between the Buckeyes and Diamond. His last official visit went to Wisconsin, which put the full-court press on Diamond. Michigan is thought to be in a very good position with Diamond, who has a former teammate in Ann Arbor. A decision will come in an announcement on Feb. 3 -- two days after signing day.
