Florida State coach Jimbo Fisher said RB Dalvin Cook (hamstring) is still day to day. Cook hasn't practiced yet, but Fisher said Cook wouldn't have to practice to be able to play. FSU hosts Miami on Saturday.

UCLA LB Myles Jack tweeted out the following statement regarding his decision to declare for the NFL draft: "After long discussions with my family, teammates, coaches and friends, I have made the tough decision to leave UCLA and start preparation for the next step in my journey. While I wish I could be on the field playing with my brothers, I'm ready to fulfill a childhood dream. Matich: Jack making right move going pro

Oklahoma has scored at least 55 points four different times against Texas during the Bob Stoops era (2000, 2003, 2011, 2012). The Sooners never reached the 55-point mark in the previous 93 meetings prior to Stoops arrival. Oklahoma's offense is averaging 40.25 points per game and Texas defense is allowing 37.8 points per game heading into their Red River Showdown meeting on Saturday.

And twice, they have won outright, including two years ago when Texas defeated Oklahoma 36-20 as a 13-point underdog. The 1-4 Longhorns are 17-point underdogs heading into Saturday against the Sooners.
