Georgia Tech starter Jabari Hunt-Days is ineligible for the 2014 season, the school announced Friday.

Hunt-Days, who started at linebacker the last two seasons before moving to defensive end in the spring, does not meet NCAA eligibility requirements. He has played in 27 career games, with 129 tackles, 11.5 tackles for loss and two interceptions.

True freshman RB Travis Custis also is leaving the school for at least the upcoming academic year to attend Georgia Military College.

In addition, the school announced that director of player personnel Matt Griffin and special teams coordinator Dave Walkosky are no longer on the staff.
