FB Glenn Gronkowski to skip senior season to enter NFL draft

Kansas State junior fullback Glenn Gronkowski will enter the NFL draft, according to multiple reports.

"I think it's the right time," Gronkowski told Sports Illustrated after the Wildcats' 45-23 loss to Arkansas in the AutoZone Liberty Bowl on Saturday. "Time to move on."

Glenn Gronkowski is the youngest brother of New England Patriots star tight end Rob Gronkowski, Chris Gronkowski (who played 35 NFL games) and Dan Gronkowski (21 NFL games).

The youngest Gronkowski goes by the nickname "Goose," has a 4.0 GPA and will be among the top-rated fullbacks in the draft -- which will likely translate to only a late-round pick.

The 6-foot-3, 234-pounder touched the ball only 16 times all season for the Wildcats, totaling 45 rushing yards, 76 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
