Charlie Strong won't have to testify in Louisville divorce case

A divorce case involving a Louisville donor and trustee was settled on Wednesday, meaning Texas Longhorns football coach Charlie Strong won't be called to testify.

The case involved Louisville trustee Jonathan Blue and wife Tracy Blue. Attorneys for Jonathan Blue wanted text messages and phone bills from Strong's cellphone as well as calendar, travel and other records.

Strong was coach at Louisville from 2010-13 before he was hired at Texas.

"All motions, including subpoenas, are remanded because they're no longer relevant," Ann Oldfather, Jonathan Blue's attorney, told WAVE 3 News.
