Connecticut has postponed its game against Fordham on Thursday night because its home football stadium is unavailable.
The game will now be played at noon Saturday at Rentschler Field in East Hartford. All tickets and parking passes for the originally scheduled date will be accepted Saturday.
Rentschler Field is currently being used by the National Guard as a commodities distribution center for those in need of essential supplies in the wake of Hurricane Irene.
The Huskies are set to open the season under new coach Paul Pasqualoni as the defending Big East champion.
