Previewing the 19 teams that could win the 2012 BCS title (plus Ohio State)
Getty ImagesWhich team will win the BCS title this season?In each of the past eight seasons, the two BCS Championship Game participants have entered that season in the top 20 of PFEI, Brian Fremeau's five-year program efficiency metric (for a full explanation of how it works, click here).
From May 21 through June 15, ESPN Insider will be running preview articles on each of the teams in the top 20 of this year's rankings, using stats and analysis (with the help of ESPN's Stats & Information Group) to evaluate the BCS title candidacies for each, in addition to providing their projected records.
(Note: Ohio State checks in at No. 9, so even though the Buckeyes are ineligible to compete in the postseason, we'll have a preview on them as well.)

To join the BCS title conversation, the Badgers have to figure out how to replace Russell Wilson.
