Missouri takes over the SEC Network

Missouri coach Barry Odom expects junior Charles Harris to be the Tigers' next elite pass rusher. "He's a very explosive player," Odom said. "He's going to be the next guy that has a lot of success." Harris had seven sacks and 18.5 tackles for loss last season.
The SEC will have 10 teams with new coordinators next year, and their players already have formed some opinions of their new coaches.

Barry Odom said DL Harold Brantley had five surgeries after his car accident last year and is at 270 pounds. Last year he was listed at 290 pounds. Odom said that at one point Brantley was under 200 pounds. Brantley lost nearly 100 pounds after his accident

Barry Odom said he found out AD Mack Rhoades was leaving Missouri for Baylor during a "long talk" last night. "Guys are presented different opportunities and they have to make the best decision for what's best for them. I feel good about Mizzou and where we're headed." Odom added that he was surprised but his singular focus is "on this football team and getting us moving in the right direction."
Baylor has lured athletic director Mack Rhoades from Missouri to accept the job left vacant after the resignation of Ian McCaw.
