Braxton Miller said he switched to receiver last season at Ohio State because coming off his shoulder injury he couldn't throw more than 45 yards. The fact that he asked for the switch meant a lot to Texans coach Bill O'Brien. O'Brien said that showed Miller to be a good teammate. Being a good teammate is an attribute valued by O'Brien about as much as he values versatility, which Miller also has.

Bill O'Brien said he went to Ohio State and spent a day with Braxton Miller. "Felt like he was a guy who would really fit in well with us." O'Brien expects Miller to play in several different spots on offense, not just inside. He'll play him outside and on special teams.

Braxton Miller has the talent to develop at WR. Electric ability and speed. Quick feet. He can win inside at the slot position. The Texans can get creative too in the game plan with Miller. Think outside of the box here and utilize his versatility in the offense.
