Penn State coach James Franklin has said the starting lineup for the offensive line is nearly decided. "If we were playing Saturday, I think Paris (Palmer) is in a position to start at left tackle," he said. Left tackle was the big question mark, but there is still a "bit of a battle" inside with three players - Brian Gaia, Derek Dowrey, Brendan Mahon - vying for two guard spots. Franklin said PSU will release a depth chart "soon."
