Interim Miami coach Larry Scott said he will recruit on behalf of the Canes starting next week but has not heard from administration about his future role. The school has hired a search firm and will likely make an outside hire. Scott said he will take it day by day and explore any outside opportunity presented to him. But regardless of how it ends, he "absolutely takes pride" in Miami's 4-1 finish.
