Tight end Tyler Luatua confirmed Tuesday on Twitter what had long been expected: His next school will be BYU. Notre Dame had announced Monday night that Luatua, a rising junior, will transfer at the end of the spring semester.

BYU officially hires Sitake as new coach

Kalani Fifita Sitake, most recently defensive coordinator at Oregon State, was officially hired by BYU as head coach, replacing Bronco Mendenhall, who is headed to Virginia. Sitake played FB for the Cougars, graduating in 2000.
