Andrea Adelson ESPN Staff Writer

No surprise here -- Boise State looks formidable again out of the Group of 5. Freshman quarterback Brett Rypien threw for over 300 yards, while the defense forced five turnovers and held Virginia to 40 yards rushing in a 56-14 win -- its largest margin of victory over a Power 5 team. Coaches and quarterbacks change but Boise State's success remains constant.

Brett Rypien threw for 324 yards and 3 TDs to fuel the Broncos' 56-14 win over the Cavaliers. “He made the plays that he expected to make," Boise State coach Bryan Harsin said postgame.
