Hartford, Conn. native Kahlil Dukes (Capital Prep) ended his recruitment on Sunday with a verbal pledge to Southern California. ESPN Boston's Brendan Hall confirmed the news. Dukes averaged nearly 22 points per game as a junior last season leading Capital Prep to a 22-4 record.
